Assisting with both scheduling of internal and external supplies and transportation;
Reviewing and analyzing procurement and accounts payable/receivable reports to ensure accurate payment, collection and documentation of purchases, freight and sales;
Assisting in the preparation of written documents for short and long term contracts for purchases;
Assisting operations to identify and resolve problems with supply;
Providing support for procurement strategic planning initiatives;
Researching, collecting and analyzing data for effective sourcing and transportation decisions.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Internship or co-op experience with a business or finance background or education;
Strong analytical skills and abilities;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
