District FASTstart is designed to effectively place new sales managers on the path to success. Entrants to this program will proceed through a logical sequence of classroom training, "in the field" training and extensive team building, backed by a wealth of sales resources and on-boarding support.

Skills/backgrounds associated with success:

Willing to invest time in developing relationships with your own team as well as clients.
Ability to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
