District FASTstart is designed to effectively place new sales managers on the path to success. Entrants to this program will proceed through a logical sequence of classroom training, in the field training and extensive team building, backed by a wealth of sales resources and on-boarding support.
Because of its unique combination of on-the-job training with extensive support, our management program provides new managers with a solid foundation to quickly and effectively build their own business.
Sales Managers who graduate from District FASTstart can expect to enjoy:
Building and growing your own sales team.

Skills/backgrounds associated with success:
Two-plus years of insurance sales, sales management and sales recruiting experience, with strengths in strategic sales approaches, team building and development.
Health and Life Insurance license (or willing to obtain within 2 weeks).
Self-motivation and drive.
Willing to invest time in developing relationships with your own team as well as clients.
Ability to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.
